Linking and promoting either product or images

You are welcome to link to our pages and products directly to promote the products to your friends or followers through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and any other platform including your own blogs and websites so long as the page is a direct link and it is clear that the product exists on our website.

If you link to our images them please ensure that the image is a clickable link to the product or the link to the product is clearly visible to any potential viewer of the image.

Design Service

This design service is optional and meant to assist anyone who wishes to purchase a customised product, but for whatever reason does not want to create it themselves. You always have the option of using our 'Self Service' design software included on our Gift Design Shop product creation pages should you wish to create your product in your own time at no extra cost. Simply click the  'Create It' button on the product page to be taken to our Gift Design Shop.

We offer a design service where by one of our team will assist with the creation of your customised product.  This service is a pre-paid service which is additional to the actual product price. This service requires the supply of the images and / or designs that you wish to have included on the product.  You should also at the same time provide details of any relevant requirements such as additional text and where you would like this to be placed.

The team member assisting you will provide you with a pictorial representation of your product with your photos and/or designs applied prior to the purchase of your chosen product. Please note that as our products are various sizes and shapes it may sometimes be necessary to crop / rotate / enlarge some photos and designs in order to have them fit onto the chosen product to achieve the best possible finish. Our team really care about the finished look of your item(s) and will aim to achieve the best possible outcome for you at all times, this may mean that you are given several variations to choose from.

Any fees associated with this design assistance service are none refundable, even if you choose not to go ahead with the purchase of your chosen product (with the exception, where by you have notified us that you have purchased the service in error and no assistance has yet been provided).

If you have paid for the design assistance service and decided that you do not wish to purchase your designed product at this time, you are welcome to return at any time to complete your purchase. This means that you can have your product design created earlier than required, go away and share you designs with whoever you need to (maybe for a wedding, birthday gift, Christmas gift or any special occasion) so that they can be agreed with all parties prior to purchase.

The fees for the design service are per product. For example if you wanted assistance with the design of a Tie this would be classed as one product. You may then purchase as many Ties as you require containing this design. If you also required cufflinks this would be an additional product and therefore would attract an additional design service fee.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please be advised that all products are Made-To-Order and as such once the production process has started we are unable to refund your order and your order will be completed then shipped to your chosen destination. Please take some time and fully inspect your designs to be sure that the product designs you have chosen or created yourself are the products that you wish to receive.
